Dubai city boasts of several upscale gourmet restaurants as well as buzzing street food outlets. But if you are looking for a completely new dining experience this Ramadan, then The Farm, at Al Barari is a place not to be missed out. A haven from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, The Farm, Al Barari is a peaceful retreat. Nestled in lush greenery, the award-winning restaurant welcomes families for a wholesome Iftar experience this Ramadan.
An Iftar with a difference
The philosophy at The Farm is to serve delicious, wholesome food without the feeling of over-indulgence. Hence The Farm gives diners a rare alternative to the traditionally decadent hotel Iftars. With special emphasis on fine produce and delicately balanced flavours, the focus is on creating a refreshing, nourishing and healthy dining experience that guests can enjoy in a tranquil and relaxed environment.
A wholesome Ramadan Menu
To celebrate the Holy month of Ramadan, The Farm has included a selection of Arabic fare to its a la carte menu. Diners can choose from the traditional Mezze Platter to begin with or sample some of the succulent starters such as Grilled Tiger Prawns with Mango, Tomato Salsa and Wasabi and Grilled Eggplant Rolls. Turkey Kofta Dawood served on a bed of bulgur or Braised Lamb Shank served with creamy mashed potato, is one of the many delectable and flavorsome main course dishes. Leaving room for dessert, try the sweet and aromatic White Chocolate Umm Ali made with nuts and cinnamon or the Muhallabia with almonds, pistachios and raisins. While fresh fruit platter is always a winner, guests looking for something lighter to refresh the palate before coffee, can enjoy the mixed Wild Berry Sorbet as well.
The signature Thai menu will also be available for Iftar. The family friendly venue has plenty to offer young ones on the children’s menu.
The Farm is more than a restaurant – it is a culinary, leisure and social ‘hub’ for UAE residents looking to spend quality time and enjoy great food with family and friends.
Iftar will be available at The Farm throughout the Holy month of Ramadan from sunset until 1.30 AM. For The Farm enquiries, please call 04 392 5660, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
