Physical activity also reduces your chances of having varicose veins and piles. Exercise is great for your skin too. By increasing the blood flow to your skin cells, exercise cleanses and eliminates toxins from the skin cells giving your skin a healthy radiance.

It is best to exercise at least a couple of hours before bedtime.
